I used to be skeptic in the beginning to purchase these packs after seeing some overviews about weighted packs. I can tell you now that it is pretty much true. I ordered 14 packs (All from Black And White, four Dark Explorers, 5 Dragons Exalted and 5 Emerging Powers) and pulled not one Holo/Ex card. I understand they are uncommon however in 15 packs I should have gotten one. The best good thing I can say I pulled was a Pokemon Catcher from an Emerging Powers pack, but you cant weigh the packs to seek out those. Also, my assessment is from ordering from JMe Toys & Games. I cant say all the promoteers that sell the packs cheaper than even shopping for a field weigh them.
